some for after the birth...
& in case resuscitation is necessary. We've several new bags of IV solution as our last ones had become cloudy, not pictured.
A lot of baby shower gifts were to facilitate storage solutions in the girls room as it's getting out of control & I expect it to increase w/ another sibling. Charlotte will be moving in w/ Victor a couple of months down the road when baby leaves the bassinet in our room.
Here's a girl. She was excited about the car seat, I guess our last one expired in March 04'. I found that out when taking it apart to wash because this one had been car sick.
I did pre-register at the hospital in case of transfer but they didn't take kindly to it & were thrown into a tizzy as home-birth is unheard of in the area. That's not strictly true as I know of some who have home birthed here but pre-planning for an in-case admission was unheard of & the very flustered lady made 6 phone calls to figure out the protocol. They were unable to accept my medical records as I've not got an account number but I'm in the system somewhere as a health department patient I think. We're 1 week past term! We are excited.

I am so excited for you!!!! It sounds like you are already:-) i am praying for a safe wonderful delivery in the very near future. Cant wait to see pictures of your new baby!!!
I'm thinking it's today!
Oh, I'm excited. Is this your first home birth? I delivered my grandson Oran at home. Or, rather, his mom delivered and I caught. LOL He wasn't my first, though, as I had done quite a bit of OB as a nurse.
If you ask Oran where he was born he'll tell you, "On the couch." We'll be praying for a blessed and safe delivery.
